Intermedia Arts presents two events as part of a radical experiment seeking to test, redefine and innovate the use of space, performative technique and the role of the audience:
An interdisciplinary theater performance in response to our politically charged times against the backdrop of sisterhood, resistance and community. #TESTIFY seamlessly blends elements of storytelling, movement, music, puppetry and video.
Created by Sha Cage in collaboration with Jayanthi Kyle, Johanna Easley, Felicia Perry, Bill Cottman, and E.G. Bailey
A participatory workshop and community healing event that explores flowing through zones of meditation, movement, and art. Together, we break through zones of restriction, trauma, and isolation to access emotional liberation.
Marcus Young, Ananya Chatterjea, and Dr. Joi Lewis invite audiences to experience various forms of self-care in a playful, mindful, and celebratory environment.
