
The event will be facilitated by Heather C. Lou, and will feature writer and activist David Mura, psychology professor Dr. Rich Lee, and Dr. Jigna Desai of the Gender, Women, Sexuality Studies department who will discuss their work in terms of disrupting or pushing new kinds of engagement with mental health.
A pop-up exhibition will feature art by Simi Kang and hclou. Dinner is provided. The event is free and open to the public.

The event is hosted by Asian American Studies and co-sponsored by Race, Indigeneity, Gender & Sexuality Studies Initiative (RIGS), Health Justice Research Circle, and the Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence.
