Readings of three new works by contemporary Asian American playwrights:
“The Princess’ Nightingale” by Damon Chua
“The Moon Embraces the Song” by May Lee-Yang
“Two Mile Hollow” by Leah Nanako Winkler
Why should you attend?
It’s your chance to hear great storytelling, explore ideas, and ask questions!
Readings are often new works by playwrights before they become staged plays. We encourage you (and your kids for the children’s tale “The Princess’ Nightingale”) to stay after the reading to let us know your thoughts, suggestions, and ideas about the story that was read!
