Maple Grove, Minn. (Oct. 21, 2016) — SEWA-AIFW, Minnesota Immunization Networking Initiative and Fairview Health Services are hosting a flu shot clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016 at the Hindu Temple of Minnesota, 10530 Troy Lane N, Maple Grove, MN 55311.
The event will also include health screenings, blood pressure and glucose screenings.
Fairview healthcare professionals will provide flu vaccinations to persons ages three years and older. Please bring your health insurance card to the clinic; we accept most major insurance companies and will bill your health plan. If your insurance company does not pay, you will not be charged.
No one will be turned away! Children and adults without health insurance will receive a vaccination at no charge.
Accepted health insurances include: America’s PPO, Health EZ, Blue Cross Blue Shield MN, HealthPartners, Medica, Medicaid, Medicare, South Country Health Alliance, Preferred One, UCare, Humana and Medicare.
