ST. PAUL, Minn. (Aug. 18, 2016) — The state Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans has amended the executive committee meeeting schedule for the remaining monthly meetings in 2016.
All monthly meetings are schedule for 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Blazing Star Conference Room of the Centennial Office Building, 658 Cedar Street, Saint Paul, MN 55155. The committees of the board meetings are public meetings and are free and open to the general public to attend.
Unless notified of changes, the following are scheduled dates for the remainder of 2016:
Tuesday, September 6th
Monday, October 3rd
Monday, November 14
Monday, December 5th
CAPM has rescheduled its November regular meeting of the full board from Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016 is cancelled to Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016. The time remains at 5 to 7 p.m. in the Blazing Star Conference Room. CAPM notes that following the regular business discussion conclusion at 7 p.m. it will go to a closed meeting as permitted by section 13D.05, subdivision 3(a). The purpose of the closed meeting it to conduct a performance evaluation of the CAPM Executive Director Sia Her.
