MINNEAPOLIS (June 3, 2016) — The Green Party of Minnesota will hold a presidential delegate nominations during it Biennial Convention from noon to 4:30 p.m. June 11, 2016 at the Great River Regional Library, 1300 W Saint Germain St., Saint Cloud, MN 56301. The convention will be held in the Mississippi Room of the library.
The convention agenda includes:
• Choosing delegates for presidential candidates to the GPUS National Convention in Houston
• Electing 8 at-large Coordinating Committee members
• Voting on proposed changes to the GPMN Platform
While the Green Party of Minnesota held caucuses at the same time as major parties this year, the GPMN caucus was a non-binding straw poll that did not designate presidential delegates for the Green Party US National Convention.
