On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2016, Surajit Sengupta, a doctor of acharya medicine, is hosting a seminar and workshop on “Yoga and Health” from 9 to 11 a.m. June 19-21, 2016 at India House, 11611 Fountains Drive, Maple Grove, 55369.
“Yoga for health and well-being celebrate, participate, invite your friends and family to join the universal mission of health, happiness and inner-peace,” Sengupta said. “This Yoga festival is happening on June 21st for the second time in 177 countries worldwide after UN declaration.”
The event focuses on mind-body medicine for stress, anxiety and depression. A session on yoga for higher intellect and clarity will run until 11 a.m. followed by food at 11:30 a.m. For all three days program cost is $55/ person or $25 / person for just either Sat. or Mon. Program and for Father’s Day program $30/rftg. Yoga & Father’s Day 3 to 5 p.m. and 20th June and food from 5:30 p.m.
