(March 1, 2016) — A community reception to welcome scholars and participants to the Sixth International Conference on Hmong Studies will be held on March 18, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public and will take place in the Buenger Education building, of Concordia University, St. Paul campus, 1282 Concordia Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104
