
MINNEAPOLIS (Jan. 11, 2016) — The Minnesota Buddhist Vihara is inviting parents to bring their children ages 8 and older to practice a day of mindfulness meditation and experience spirituality. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016 at the Minnesota Buddhist Vihara, at 3401 N 4th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55412-2716.
This program is only for kids and dhamma students are expected to attend (ages 8 or above). Dress code is white.
