Through performance, ceremony, teaching, and community building, HOBT explores and celebrates the human experience and the wonders of the world’s natural and cultural richness. From humble beginnings, the theater has grown into its current identity as the shepherd of the MayDay Festival attended by over 50,000 people in South Minneapolis’s Phillips and Powderhorn neighborhoods.
