The Cultural Society of Filipino-Americans will hold its annual Dinner and Dance and 39th Induction of CSFA Officers on Saturday, October 9, form 6:00 to 11:30 p.m. at the Hilton Minneapolis Airport Hotel, 3800 American Boulevard E., Bloomington.
Ligaya Carlos was named CSFA President for the 2010-11 Year. Other incoming CSFA Officers include Tonette Burkhart, Vice-President, Jean Cruz, Secretary, Willen Korkowski, Treasurer, Helen Hamman, Auditor, and Lourdes Rivera, Public Relations.
The 2010-11 Board Members include: Tessie Enanoza, Carl Cortez, Nena Alojado, Rowena Carlson, Bambe Leiviska, Fe Castillejos, Lina Jonson, and Sandy Rodriguez.
The buffet style dinner includes Beef Tender Tips in Wild Mushroom Glaze, Sauteed Chicekn in Cherry Cream Sauce, Penne Pasta, Romaine Lettuce w/Grapes & Walnuts, Steamed and Roasted Vegetables & choice of chocolate mousse, cheesecake or apple pie.
