U.S. – China Business Connections will hold its next Networking and Breakfast Meeting on Wednesday, August 4, 2010, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at McNamara Center at Dunwoody College, 818 Dunwoody Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55403. Paul Stark, Chaos Navigation, Inc., will speak on “Navigating Chaos: Effectively Engaging Ambiguity and Paradox in the Chinese Marketplace.”
The presentation will provide a high-level framework for understanding the interpersonal dynamics that govern typical interactions with the Chinese. The focus is on ways business people can use this framework to improve productivity and reduce opportunity costs when engaging the Chinese marketplace.
Stark has executive experience in the global transportation industry with companies such as Northwest Airlines, Korea Airlines, Continental Airlines and various others and includes starting and/or leading businesses in China, South/Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Networking and breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. with Introductions at 8:00 and the presentation at 8:40. There will be a Q & A following until 9:30 a.m.
