The 2010 season kicks off with carnatic vocalist Kunnakudi M. Balamurali Krishna on March 21, 5:00 p.m. at the Recital Hall of St. Catherine University, 2004 Randolph Avenue, St. Paul.Krishna with perform with supporting musicians Tanjore K. Murugaboopathi on mridangam and S.D. Sridhar on violin.
The season continues with sitar artist Pandit Kushal Das on April 11, 5:00 p.m. at the University of Minnesota – St. Paul Campus Student Center, 2017 Buford Ave. St. Paul. Das will perform with tabla artist Pandit Kumar Bose.
Surshringar artist Sri Joydeep Ghosh and tabla artist Sri Subhen Chatterjee will perform on May 2, 5:00 p.m. at the Recital Hall of St. Catherine University, 2004 Randolph Avenue, St. Paul.
Carnatic vocalist Sri Vijay Siva will perform with R. K. Shriramkumar, violin, and J. Vaidhyanathan, mridangam, on May 23, 5:00 p.m. at the Celtic Junction, 836 Prior Avenue in St. Paul.
Hindustani vocalist Smt Ashwini Bhide Deshpande will perform with Seema Shirodkar, harmonium, and Vishwanath Shirodkar, tabla, on June 13, 5:00 p.m., at the Recital Hall of St. Catherine University, 2004 Randolph Avenue, St. Paul.
