ST. PAUL (Jan. 3, 2015) — The Saint Paul-based Hmong Studies Journal has published a new double issue. In addition to the regular annual volume (volume 15, issue 1), there is a special issue that focuses exclusively on the presentation at the Hmong Across Borders Conference that was held at the University of Minnesota in October 2013.
