Washington, D.C. (Nov. 3, 2014) — The Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) announced its 2014 National Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement Awards will take place Nov. 7, 2014 at the Hilton Arlington in Arlington, Virginia.
The annual National Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement Awards are dedicated to celebrating and recognizing APAs in the corporate sector who exemplify not only excellence in their profession, but also leadership and commitment in their respective communities, and to the existing corporate culture of diversity.
The event is the first national program of its kind to recognize corporate achievement and service by honoring the dedication and leadership of APA corporate employees. Since its establishment in 1991 by the OCA Business Advisory Council (BAC), over 200 community-conscious corporate leaders have been inducted to this prestigious group.
“The Corporate Achievement Awards is an incredible opportunity for our community and companies to recognize their most outstanding corporate citizens in the United States,” said OCA Acting Chief Executive Officer Ken Lee. “This year we feature 10 extremely talented and dedicated community members who make a difference in their respective companies.”
Honorees are nominated by their respective employers and then selected by a panel of judges. This year, 10 honorees have been chosen to receive the award. They are:
Estrella Cramer, Global Procurement Finance Manager, UPS
