Twin Cities Chinese Dance Center is ready to start another exciting semester of programs.
Despite many vacations and travels during the summer, TCCDC enjoyed a high volume of students. Existing students continue to come to practice and new students keep joining the high-quality TCCDC programs.
TCCDC has received growing support from individuals and communities from all over the Twin Cities. The 2009 annual production (Dance of Joy), the 2010 Mother’s Day Tribute Show, and the most recent 2011 Chinese New Year show-Enchantment of Dance, were huge successes and left joyful memories to everyone who participated. Furthermore, in the North American Dance Competition of May 2010, five students sent by TCCDC brought back three first-place trophies and one second-place trophy.
On May 29, 2011, another student from TCCDC earned second price during the Pan Asian Dance Festival Competition among dancers from more than 30 groups in Minnesota. All these accomplishments are honors not only for these students, but also for the Twin Cities dance community.
Starting this fall, TCCDC will function at its full capacity again with highly-qualified and dedicated teaching staff. Visit http://www.tccdcmn.org/ for more information.
