MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Buddhist Vihara invite the public to attend its December Uposatha meditation retreat from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016 at 3401 4th Street N., Minneapolis, MN 55412.

Teruwan Saranai, Witiyala Seewalie Nayaka Thera, president and abbot of the Minnesota Buddhist Vihara invites will lead a practice meditation with us on a weekend day to experience inner peace and happiness. 9:30am – Loving-kindness Meditation
9:45am – Guided Meditation
10:45am – Buddha Puja (Offerings to Buddha)
11:00am – Dana (Lunch)
12:30pm – Walking Meditation
1:00pm – Sutta Discussion / Q & A
2:15pm – Guided Meditation
2:45pm – Metta Chanting
3:00pm – Conclusion
