Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties (CAPRW) is participating in the Summer Food ServiceProgram (SFSP). Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack will be provided to all children, without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, at no charge and meet nutritional standards established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
