Mu Daiko’s student recital, ‘Passing the Beat’ this weekend

unnamedMINNEAPOLIS (July 8, 2016) — Mu Daiko’s taiko students take the stage this weekend alongside their instructors for Passing the Beat, Mu Daiko’s popular annual recital.

Guest artist Yuichi Kimura from Kobe, Japan, is returning for a special performance following the Mu Daiko students at the Jewish Community Center of Minnesota for two shows of exciting taiko from Mu Daiko, MTI (Taiko) students Saturday, July 9 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, July 10 at 2 p.m. at Sabes Jewish Community Center, 4330 Cedar Lake Road S., Minneapolis, MN 55416.

Admission is $15 for adults and $5 for children and are available online or at the SJCC.
