MINNEAPOLIS (February 27, 2011) – The Ayyam-i-Ha celebration of the Baha’i faith was held this past Sunday at the Baha’i Center of Minneapolis. This period is also a time for preparing for the annual Baha’i Fast from March 2-20.

The members gathered together with AWUM staff, volunteers and clients on Sunday morning to hold a diaper drive and present no-sew fleece blankets for AWUM as their community service project this year.
The mission of AWUM (www.awum.org) is to end domestic violence by promoting safe and healthy relationships within the Asian-Pacific Islander community.
