ST. PAUL (July 2, 2010) – Seexeng Lee, a North High School art teacher, who is also renowned for his commissioned public works of art – took it upon himself to commemorate the 35th Anniversary of Hmong in America and the 80th Birthday of General Vang Pao, with a special piece that was created with community participation.

ST. PAUL (April 8, 2010) – Seven local, extraordinary women from the Twin Cities and Rochester gathered at the Depot in Minneapolis last Thursday, April 8 to be honored by the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys at their Women of Distinction luncheon.

Conceptual artist Qi Peng will have his work featured in the Reader’s Art 10th Anniversary exhibition at Susan Hensel Gallery, 3441 Cedar Avenue, Minneapolis. The opening reception will be held March 12, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
