A presentation from attorney Min Xu will cover the topic, “Why and what are your intellectual property strategies in China is checking the box of patent filing in China sufficient?” The presentation will focus on opportunities to sell product and services in China through a program backed by the Chinese government.

Min (Amy) S. Xu is an attorney at the firm of Dorsey & Whitney. She is a partner in the patent and technology group, with more than 20 years experience in patent law.
Xu provides her clients with an insider’s knowledge of IP enforcement in China, International Trade Commission (ITC) in federal circuit courts, and U.S.-China boarder and customs in terms of unfair trade disputes and violation of Intellectual Property rights.
Xu is an author on U.S.-China intellectual property protection and enforcement. She has reviewed patent treaties including Moy’s Walker on Patents. She is also on the Board of Trustees of William Mitchell College of Law.
