MINNEAPOLIS — U.S. China Business Connections will hold its first breakfast networking meeting of the year on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., at the International Market Square, Studio 185, 2nd Floor, 275 Market St. Minneapolis, MN 55405.
The guest presenter will be Thomas Hanson, a former career Foreign Service Officer who served in East Germany, France, Norway, the Soviet Union, Sweden, and Georgia, will speak on the topic, “Dynamics between China, Russia, and U.S.”
Hanson also worked for the Foreign Relations Committees of the U.S. Congress. More recently, he was at the Atlantic Council of the U.S. and now consults on foreign affairs in the Twin Cities.
The Networking and Breakfast portion begins at 7:30 a.m., followed by Welcome and Introductions at 7:50 a.m., the Presentation from 8 to 9 a.m., with optional networking to follow.
The breakfast fee is $35, and free to students and members. Parking is free.
