The Japan America Society of Minnesota presents the “Harukaze Concert” on Sunday, July 13, 2014, starting at 4 p.m., at Sundin Music Hall of Hamline University, 1531 Hewitt Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104.
The program will feature both Western and Japanese music. Performers include Aaron Barnell (Percussion); Roma Duncan (Piccolo); Yoshie Babcock (Ikebana artist); Shino Hayashi (Cello); Asako Hirabayashi (Composer, harpsichordist); Margaret Humphrey (Violin, modern and Baroque); Eiji Ikeda (Viola); Momoko Tanno (Soprano); and Thunder Wave (Japanese children’s dance group).
The event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow the performance.
