While most American fashion designers are seeking the low cost manufacturing options of off shore production, Wang, a Chinese native, desires to produce and design American made garments on American soil. Combining classic Western style with the exquisite details of Eastern Asian design, Wang brings a new elegance and couture to her clients here in the United States.
Wang uses only the finest materials from Asia and Europe in her garments. As Wang creates each couture piece by hand, she has a talent for juxtaposing materials and patterns to find the exact match, whether it’s a solid silk and a bright lace or an intricately patterned silk dress and leather belt.
With over twenty years of experience in entrepreneurship, teaching, and design, Vanni Wang is launching her Haute Couture design label- Lucio Vanni Couture, ready-to-wear line- Vanni Wang, and bridal collection. Before relocating to Ohio, she owned and operated an apparel manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China, producing garments for the luxury labels Chanel, Ralph Lauren, BCBG and many others.
